“I switched for price......but I will stay for SERVICE! I have home, auto, and an umbrella policy with Brock. I switched because they saved me almost 200 hundred dollars over my previous policy. Within a couple of years after switching, an electrical fire started in the alarm box that was supposed to be protecting my home. The home was a total loss as well as my truck that was in the garage. I was very apprehensive about how difficult it was going to be in dealing with the adjuster. However, once the investigator determined the cause of the fire, I felt like Met Life was a personal friend who really wanted to help us. The independent investigator told me "there are a lot of insurance companies out there... a lot of sorry ones . . .but only a couple of really good ones.....and you got the best of them all."
